Privacy & Ethics 

Anapo Energy nor Stacy Duke (Nai), will never give out your personal information or details. Your privacy and well being is of the utmost importance to us and is Sacred. We will Never share, sell, leak, post, or advertise your private information. This work only ‘works’ when the container of Sacredness and Integrity are practiced. 

Nor will Stacy access other soul’s information for you. Only what pertains to you, and how it affects you. But not their detailed or private soul’s journey/purpose. They can schedule their own session. 

No one under the Age of 18 will have their Akashic Records accessed. Period, not even with the permission of the parent. They are on their own individual soul’s journey and need to be respected as so. The parent may ask within their own reading what they can do to best be a parent for this child, for the highest good for all involved, but not specific details or reasoning. 

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please email us at:  anapoenergy@gmail.com with your request to cancel or reschedule your already scheduled appointment, more than 24 hours before your appointment time so that we may provide someone else the opportunity to schedule instead. Cancellations should try to be rescheduled within 90 days of the original appointment time. 

If you are unable to keep your scheduled time and neglect to notify us more than 24 hours before your scheduled time, the prepaid amount will be applied towards the time devoted on the calendar. 

Refunds & Exchanges 

If you change your mind about a service and it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you may request a refund at: anapoenergy@gmail.com. Please note this may take up to a few weeks to process through bookkeeping. *There are No Refunds after you have received your Session.  

If you changed your mind or are unable to receive this service, you may:

1) Exchange it for another service of equal or greater value, paying the difference in fee for the greater value service.

2) Gift it to another person that you know, emailing me writing this permission and forfeiture of your own receiving of this prepaid service (you may purchase and receive others in the future, no worries) include the name and address of the person you are gifting it to in the email. The recipient should try to use the service gifted them within 90 days.
